Interest rate: 8%.
Collateral: Non-Owner Occupied 1-4 Family Real Estate; Condos; Townhomes: 5+ Unit Apartments; Mixed-Use Properties.
LTV: 100% of the Purchase Price + 100% of the Renovation Cost.
Term: 12 to 18 Months.
